Information you choose to send
The rental form asks for your name, email, phone and project description. You may also provide a location, facility type, rental period, industry and preferred start date. The address of the page where you submit the form is included to identify the rental context. Use the project description for the facility requirement, dates and site arrangements you want reviewed. Include information relevant to the rental conversation rather than sensitive details about the people who will use the temporary facilities.
How the inquiry is handled
Your details are forwarded to the shared rental inquiry system through Glide so the team can respond to your request. Sending a request is not a reservation or an availability confirmation. Do not include sensitive personal, medical or financial information. Keep the inquiry focused on the proposed equipment, working location and practical project requirements. The rental team uses the contact details you supply to continue that conversation and discuss a project-specific proposal.
The project brief planner
The planner builds a brief in your browser. Copying or downloading that brief does not send an inquiry. The details are sent only when you open the contact form, agree to be contacted and submit it. Review the prepared text before sending, particularly the working location, preferred dates and selected facility. Downloading a brief and submitting a contact request are separate actions; you decide when to send the details needed for a response.
Contact about an inquiry
Call (530) 278-8661 to discuss the information in your rental inquiry. We use the information you provide to respond to your rental inquiry. Identify the request you are calling about so the discussion concerns the correct project and the details you chose to send. Keep any additional information limited to what is useful for handling that inquiry or reviewing the proposed rental.
